Jamming Goat 3.0, nestled on Hyderabad's coastline, offers a fine dining experience, designed under the expertise of Chef Sombir, who is bringing together contemporary Indian cuisine and global flavours and offering an innovative menu that includes modern Indian dishes, sushi, and artisanal pizzas. To enhance the dining experience, we developed a cocktail program that merges creativity and precision, delivering drinks that are as visually captivating as they are flavorful. Together, we’ve shaped an atmosphere that balances sophistication with a welcoming vibe, ensuring Jamming Goat 3.0 stands out as a premier dining and social hub.

At Runway 27, we blend the excitement of aviation with the sophistication of a high-end lounge. Located on Old Airport Road with views of the historic HAL runway, our retro-chic interiors evoke the golden age of flight. The menu features gourmet small plates, artisanal cocktails, and fine wines, all inspired by the luxury of international airport lounges. From "Pre-Flight Snacks" to "Final Destination Desserts," each dish takes you on a flavourful journey, delivering a unique and memorable dining experience in an aviation-themed setting.

Jamming Goat and its vibrant counterpart, Jamming Goat 3.0, are some of our most enjoyed culinary destinations in Utorda Beach, South Goa & Bengaluru, these culinary havens are fully operated by us, offering a refreshing twist on the cocktail and food culture. Both establishments focus on crafting unforgettable experiences through our in house mixers and an easy-drinking cocktail menu. Located in bustling Bangalore streets like Indiranagar & JP Nagar, tranquil Utorda beach, South Goa, they offer a refreshing take on the F&B culture. Our in house mixers serve as the base for our cocktails, ranging from zesty citrus blends to fruity concoctions. We take pride in delivering exceptional hospitality and culinary innovation at all our venues, inviting guests to savor moments of relaxation and indulgence with us.

At RAAHI, we've crafted not only a vibrant cocktail and food menu that perfectly complements its distinct atmosphere but also thoughtfully curated the Kitchen and Bar Design in such a way that it provides efficient and stylish space for seamless operations. As well as incorporating upscale Crockery and Glassware enhancing every presentation and ideation. Our entire food program circles around the Fine dining experience providing a taste of Modern Indian Cuisine whereas the beverage program circles around some out of the box cocktails. Additionally we hired and trained staff who would align with the entire theme, experience of the space and the F&B menu.

At Prime Golf, we have crafted an experience that seamlessly merges golf, F&B menu and exceptional service. Our F&B program reflects the sport's spirit, with every dish and drink tailored to golfing themes as well as incorporating Crockery and Glassware that’s one of a kind. Additionally, we optimized the bar & kitchen layout and design, fostering a space conducive to socializing and seamless, fast operations, along with hiring and training the F&B staff deemed fit to the theme and the exceptionally big space.Through this collaboration, we strive to ensure Prime Golf’s standards. We're proud to have contributed to this unique concept and remain dedicated to maintaining it.

Orah Brew Garden, situated in Bangalore, showcases craft beer, exceptional cocktails, delectable cuisine, and a lively atmosphere. Collaborating closely, we designed the F&B menu emphasizing fresh local ingredients and inventive flavors, especially the food menu perfectly complementing the on-site craft beer selection. Additionally, we optimized the Kitchen and Bar layout, ensuring both fast functionality and seamless operations, training and hiring the staff on the same ideation. Whether customers are enjoying drinks & food on the terrace or dining indoors, every element of Orah Brew Garden aims to captivate its European theme senses showcased in every F&B aspect.

We curated the bar menu mirroring Scene's eclectic ambience and energy, keeping in mind the expected crowd and their preferences. Our mixologists crafted a diverse cocktail menu, enhancing the experience through bold and powerful flavors, hiring and training staff who would understand and elevate our ideas. We also shaped the bar design, ensuring a space that feels familiar yet upscale.Through our collaboration, we assist Scene in pushing boundaries and captivating guests with innovative F&B services, striving for their success in the industry long-term.

KO KO KAI

Ko Ko Kai, located in the heart of Hyderabad where our collaboration involved curating a food and beverage program that circles around showcasing the essence of Pan-Asian cuisine where one can indulge in the art of cocktail alchemy presented to you by skilled mixologists and the exceptional Pan Asian food selection prepared by skilled chefs, each of whom have mastered the acclaimed Japanese art of sushi making. We specially curated glassware & crockery that enhances the entire theme, additionally hiring and training staff who would fit into the theme along with designing the bar and kitchen in such a way that it’s seamless and pleasing to the eye. Through our collaboration, we strive in maintaining Ko Ko Kai Hyderabad position as the space for culinary innovation in the city providing a flavourful experience for its discerning customers.

Prequel, situated in the heart of Bangalore blends Asian-style cuisine featuring comfort dishes and delectable new innovative recipes paired with artisanal cocktails that enhances the overall experience. We curated the F&B menu honoring Asia's culinary traditions, featuring both traditional and innovative dishes and beverages. Complementing the cuisine, our handcrafted cocktails offer the perfect flavors to its audience. Keeping in mind the theme of the place we incorporated the glassware and crockery as well as designed an exceptional bar and kitchen for the best outcome during operations. Phurr offers innovative mocktails and exquisite vegetarian cuisine, catering to the diverse Indian palette that appreciates plant based and traditionally vegetarian dishes, brought to life by us. We introduced vibrant mocktails also known as zero ABV drinks, to ensure the positioning of Phurr remains strong, catering specifically to a very targeted market. Each of our zero ABV drinks are infused with energy and excitement, alongside innovative flavors and a diverse menu, leaving you surprised with just how much we can do with limited ingredients and options. Our end-to-end support included conceptualizing the menu, procuring glassware & crockery which resonates with the theme and the F&B space design, resulting in a welcoming, family ambience. While our Konsultancy may be complete, our dedication to Phurr's success remains strong.

The Loft, located in Mangalore, is a unique cocktail destination where we focus on utilizing locally sourced ingredients to celebrate the region's flavors and culture. Our cocktails pay homage to Mangalore's culinary heritage, incorporating fragrant spices, tropical fruits, and indigenous herbs. With a carefully curated beverage program, guests can embark on a flavor journey inspired by Mangalore's landscapes and coastal charm. As the only bar of its kind in the city, The Loft offers a distinct experience for beverage enthusiasts, inviting them to raise a glass and toast to Mangalore's vibrant spirit while savoring the warmth of the beach side destination. Expect refreshing, cool yet bold and vibrant flavors, a perfect punch of refreshment in the humid weather of the sea-side destination.

Situated in the bustling neighborhood of Indiranagar, for The Reservoire we created a beverage program along with designing a bar that's so stylish yet exceptionally innovative, emphasizing on the ideation of the space that's entirely based on bringing the Manhattan style cocktail culture to India, the idea was clear, it was all about bringing New York’s buzzing bar culture to Namma Bengaluru. We additionally incorporated glassware that resonates with its stylish and sophisticated vibe as well as hired, trained staff who would understand the idea and culture, educating them on the same when necessary. With many milestones to achieve we look forward to our future together and this collaboration.

At Maize & Malt, a grand 1,300-seat venue, we’ve created a unique experience that blends Anglo-Indian cuisine with exceptional cocktails in a lively, expansive venue. Our food program celebrates the fusion of British and Indian flavours, with each dish offering a modern twist on classic recipes, while our tech-inspired cocktail menu adds a contemporary edge. The bar design features three distinct spaces, including The Highland Bar, the Ground Floor Bar, and The Club Bar, each tailored to offer an elevated and thematic experience complemented by carefully selected crockery and glassware. With a kitchen designed to masterfully handle high-energy service, Maize & Malt isn’t just a brewery—it’s a journey through history and flavor, crafted to captivate your senses.
